Debbi Blustin and Brandon Kolquist, both of Duluth, plan to be married Aug. 18 at Northland Country Club in Duluth.

Her parents are Dave and Gail Blustin of Duluth. His parents are Kevin and Cindy Kolquist of Duluth.

The future bride, a 1999 graduate of Duluth East High School, graduated from Lake Superior College in Duluth in 2003 with an associate degree in dental hygiene and from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in community health. She is a registered dental hygienist at Lake Superior Dental Associates in Duluth.

The future groom, a 1999 graduate of Duluth Central High School, owns Brandon Kolquist Trucking in Duluth.
